Why have the scholarships for study abroad not been paid?

There are several reasosn as follows.

1. The required documents must be submitted by the specified deadline to receive the scholarships. Make sure you have applied for it.
   
   
2. Make sure to check the bank account you provided on your application. The scholarships are only sent to the applicant's bank holder, which means the student's bank account.
   
   
3. To receive the scholarships, usually it takes several days. The award date given by the GLA Office is when the money transfer is completed and does not guarantee when you will receive your scholarship. Hence, if the transfer is not confirmed, please check again a few days after the scheduled transfer date. Nevertheless, please contact the GLA office if you do not receive the scholarships.
